Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Critter Camp and this website. By using Critter Camp, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable Apple App Store terms.

1. Personal, non-commercial use

Critter Camp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Free and Premium features

Critter Camp may offer both Free and Premium features. Free availability, rewarded-video opportunities, Challenge access, and other features may change over time. A purchased non-consumable Premium entitlement does not expire under the product model in effect at purchase, subject to the App Store's rules and continued technical availability of the app and platform.

3. Optional rewarded advertising

Free players may be offered optional rewarded advertisements. Rewards are granted only when the applicable advertising flow reports successful completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by location, age or consent status, network availability, device settings, advertiser demand, and other factors.

4. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store or in-app purchase interface before purchase and may vary by region. Refund eligibility and payment processing are governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies.

5. Game progress

We try to preserve gameplay progress reliably, but you are responsible for maintaining access to your device and applicable Apple services. Progress may be affected by device replacement, app deletion, backup settings, operating-system behavior, or technical failures.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to defeat purchase or advertising controls, distribute unauthorized copies, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the service unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

Critter Camp, its original artwork, software, text, game presentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

8. Service changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Critter Camp over time, including Free content and online-dependent features. We do not promise that every feature will be maintained indefinitely. Any existing purchase rights remain subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Critter Camp is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Critter Camp's operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are posted.

These launch Terms are intentionally concise and should be reviewed with counsel before public App Store submission, particularly after the final legal publisher entity is established.
